When we made the decision to sell a rental property wed owned for 25 years it initially seemed daunting.
Katie and Charlotte were wonderful.. they presented a comprehensive sale plan and went on to achieve all the agreed procedures in a timely manner except for the end result the house sold at auction 2 weeks earlier, 37% in excess of the appraised value!
There were various maintenance improvements required, a thorough clean, and garden tidying. Katie and Charlotte seamlessly co-ordinated the Tradespeople to achieve all these tasks in preparation for the Staging. This was money incredibly well spent: the home was transformed!
They organised two huge Open Days and numerous visits even though the Auction was brought forward we really felt the house had received optimal attention and were thrilled with the final result.
